What Equipment Does a Commercial Quail Farm Need

To achieve efficient quail farm management, the multi-tier (stacked) rearing system is an economical and effective solution. The commonly used design includes the following features: each layer of the quail cage is equipped with an automatic drinking system; a feed trough is installed on one side of the cage, with an egg tray positioned beneath it; a manure conveyor belt is placed under each layer. The cage is equipped with a door connected to the cage body by a spring. Inside the egg tray, a conveyor belt is fixed to the bottom with egg clips. A feed hopper is installed above the feed trough and mounted on a hopper frame, which runs along a guide rail. At the front end of the cage rack, egg collectors are positioned corresponding to each conveyor belt, while a manure collection trough is set at the rear end of the rack.
